CINEMA DIRECTOR
Lead the next chapter of Paignton Picture House as it reopens as an independent cinema and cultural hub. Working closely with the Board, the Cinema Director will oversee programming, operations, audience growth and financial sustainability, while inspiring staff, volunteers and partners to help shape the future of one of the UK’s most historic cinemas.
Salary: £38,005.50
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

OUTREACH & AUDIENCE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
The Outreach & Audience Development Manager will help build and grow audiences for Paignton Picture House through creative outreach, partnerships and community engagement. This role is ideal for someone passionate about independent cinema, heritage and widening access to arts and cultural experiences.
Salary: £17,606.16 (£30,010.50 FTE)
Hours: Part-time, 22 hours / 3 days per week

VOLUNTEERING
We are keen to hear from anybody who would like to volunteer their services for Paignton Picture House. As a volunteer, you will have the chance to meet like-minded people and work in a fun and dynamic environment. We welcome volunteers from all backgrounds and experience levels. By volunteering with us, you will be helping to preserve the heritage of Paignton's oldest cinema and contribute to the cultural life of the town.
